Morgado Golf Course

Located in a valley in the inland Algarve, between Portimão and Monchique, Morgado Golf Course offers a challenge for those taking their first golfing steps and an opportunity for more experienced players to test their technique.
Although it is a par-73 course, its length is attenuated by the generous width of the fairways. However, less successful strokes may be penalised if they land in one of the various bunkers dotted around the course.
The Morgado Golf Course is a links-style course – with flat fairways and Scottish-inspired bunkers – but instead of being located alongside the sea like a traditional links, it is set in an area of parkland.
Surrounded by species of trees that are traditional in the Algarve, golfers playing on the Morgado Golf Course will come into contact with a different Algarve, where the peace and quiet form the perfect scenario for a memorable round of golf.
